Cornwall in Colour

Drawing at Tintagel, North Cornwall, where King Arthur supposedly had his castle. There's a cave under the island called Merlin's cave. The rocks have amazing layers of strata which twist around and the ancient buildings seem to emerge out of them. You can look down over the cliff edge and watch kestrel's hovering from above which is awe inspiring.
Rough Tor, a big hill/ small mountain which has prehistorical stone circles half way up. Time team dug it up and proved that people lived there. I don't know how they managed it, it's very windy. We heard the first cuckoo.
Strangles beach, northern door, on top of that bit on the left a hermit used to live and you can still see the building. WE also saw a peregrine falcon being mobbed by crows.

Lip Sync Project

Work in progress of this term's lip sync project in collaboration with Rosanna Wan.

The sound clip comes from the 1962 film Freud, A Secret Passion. Here he explains the oedipus complex to an angry crowd of academics.

We interpreted the character as a seventies sports commentator.
